Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The role involves learning company processes, supporting engineering projects, assisting in production/operations, and developing technical and professional skills through structured training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training and on-the-job learning.
- Support engineering and operational activities.
- Assist in project execution and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Follow quality, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
