About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Videographer to join our team. If you're passionate about creating high-quality visual content and enjoy capturing stories through videos, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Capture product videos, office culture, behind-the-scenes content, client shoots, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute content ideas.
- Set up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear for shoots.
- Edit engaging videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain high production quality.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and production equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest videography techniques, editing styles, and social media trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Experience handling DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and basic audio equipment.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills
- Basic photography skills.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or color grading is an added advantage.
