Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain TSG's courses/services and generate interest.
- Understand customer requirements and handle basic objections.
- Book demos/counselling sessions with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Persuasive, polite, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Freshers can apply; sales/telecalling experience is a plus.
