Role Summary
The Center Manager is the overall business head of the spa center and is fully accountable for revenue performance, profitability, operational excellence, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Financial Ownership
- Own complete center-level P&L including revenue, costs, and profitability
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Plan and execute strategies to enhance service sales, memberships, and retail revenue
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and inventory management
- Analyze KPIs such as revenue per therapist, conversion rate, repeat ratio, and productivity
2. Operations Excellence
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations in adherence to company SOPs
- Maintain brand standards and achieve audit scores of 85%+
3. Guest Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional hospitality standards across all guest interactions
- Handle high-level escalations and ensure complete resolution
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and manage Duty Managers, therapists, and front office team
5. Business Growth & Market Development
- Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships
- Drive corporate bookings and membership sales
- Implement new initiatives and campaigns as per corporate strategy
- Support expansion initiatives and new center launches when required
Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Retail / Sales & Marketing
- 5–10 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Retail, Hotels, F&B, or QSR
- Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in managing P&L and revenue targets preferred
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
