Job Description – Talent Acquisition Specialist | Bulk & Field Sales HiringAbout the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in bulk hiring, field sales recruitment, and high-volume frontline hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring field sales, fleet, on-street and other frontline candidates in bulk numbers.
The role requires someone who can independently manage high-volume recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines and consistently deliver quality joiners within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales, on-street and fleet-based roles.
- Handle bulk hiring across multiple requirements and ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media and local sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume frontline positions.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview rounds.
- Drive candidates from sourcing to offer, documentation and joining.
- Handle high-volume calling and candidate follow-ups to maximize interview and joining conversions.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Explore local and unconventional sourcing channels for on-street and field candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on sourcing, interviews, offers and joinings.
- Ensure strong joining ratios and minimize offer dropouts.
- Manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in bulk hiring and field sales recruitment.
- Prior experience hiring fleet, delivery, on-street, field sales, telecalling or other frontline profiles will be preferred.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Comfortable with extensive calling, follow-ups and daily recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

Working Details
Job Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday
Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays

We are specifically looking for a recruiter who has proven experience in closing large volumes of field/on-street candidates and delivering bulk joinings consistently. Candidates with only corporate or lateral hiring experience may not be suitable for this role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
