The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and clients by ensuring excellent service support for EV charging infrastructure. The role focuses on handling customer queries, improving customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, and strengthening long-term customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Customer Service, or related field.
- Gender - Females (below 40)
- Time - 9:15 am - 5:30 pm
- 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales coordination.
- Experience in EV, automobile, or service industry preferred.
