- Perform winding of LV and HV transformer coils as per approved design specifications and production schedules.
- Operate and monitor winding machines, tools, and related equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Interpret and follow winding sheets, technical drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
- Verify conductor dimensions, insulation materials, turn counts, and winding parameters before commencement of work.
- Maintain required winding tension, dimensional accuracy, and insulation integrity throughout the winding process.
- Conduct in-process inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Record production data, inspection results, and material consumption as required by company procedures.
- Identify and report non-conformities, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Support coil assembly, insulation application, and related manufacturing activities when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Adhere to all company policies related to quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing manufacturing defects.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
