About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer with strong experience in database development, performance tuning, query optimization, and reporting.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, T-SQL, and reporting/ETL tools such as SSIS and SSRS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth database operations, high data accuracy, and efficient application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, functions, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Perform query optimization and tuning to improve database performance.
- Manage and support MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Design and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Build and manage reports and dashboards using SSRS or similar reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all database systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with backend developers to support integrations, API data flows, and application requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of database schemas, processes, and best practices.
- Assist in database deployments, migrations, backups, and restorations.
- Identify opportunities for improving data processes and automation.
Required Skills & ExperienceDatabase Development
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL.
- Expertise in T-SQL, including writing:
- Stored Procedures
- Triggers
- Functions
- Views
- Common Table Expressions (CTEs)
- Proficiency in relational data modeling and database schema design.
Performance Optimization
- Hands-on experience with:
- Query tuning
- Indexing
- Execution plan analysis
- Database optimization techniques
ETL & Reporting
- Practical experience with SSIS for ETL workflow development.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using SSRS.
Data Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Data integrity
- Database constraints

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
