While we currently specialize in art-based workshops, we are actively expanding into new event formats and experiences in the near future. Role Overview As an Event Host & Experience Curator, you will be responsible for hosting workshops, engaging with participants, ensuring smooth event execution, and representing Connection6 professionally during events. You do not need prior experience in hosting events. We are happy to train individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Similarly, you do not need to be skilled in every art form. Having knowledge or interest in one or two art forms is sufficient, and candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Host and facilitate workshops and events conducted by Connection6. Welcome and engage participants throughout the event. Assist in setting up and coordinating event activities. Ensure participants have a positive and enjoyable experience. Communicate event instructions clearly and confidently. Handle basic customer interactions and queries professionally. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth event execution. Gather participant feedback and observations after events. Help curate fun, engaging, and memorable experiences for attendees. Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times. Who We're Looking For We would love to meet candidates who: Have strong verbal communication skills. Can speak English and Hindi, along with at least one additional regional language. Possess basic customer handling and interpersonal skills. Are active, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people. Are willing to travel within assigned locations when required. Are attentive to details and capable of following event processes. Are active listeners who can understand participant needs. Enjoy creating and curating enjoyable experiences for others. Are dependable and can commit to the availability they communicate during the interview process. Are willing to learn and grow as the company expands into new event formats. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Ownership of a two-wheeler or other personal vehicle. Previous exposure to workshops, community events, teaching, facilitation, customer service, or hospitality. Knowledge of one or more art forms. Eligibility Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Students, freshers, freelancers, and individuals looking for flexible work opportunities are welcome to apply. No prior event hosting experience required. Compensation ₹800 per day. A minimum of 2–3 workshops/events may be assigned during a hosting day, depending on schedules and requirements. Compensation is based on the candidate's confirmed availability and participation. Payments are processed on a bi-weekly basis (every two weeks) after the hosting period. Compensation will be reviewed and revised based on performance, consistency, and contribution to the team. Flexibility & Availability This is a flexible opportunity designed for individuals who may have other commitments such as studies, freelance work, or part-time engagements. Candidates can indicate their preferred availability during the interview process, and event assignments will be planned accordingly.
