Position: Brand Manager
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Reports To: Founder / Marketing Head
Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, social media presence, influencer collaborations, product launches, and brand partnerships while ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing expertise, creativity, analytical skills, and experience in building and growing consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines and messaging.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee social media strategy and content planning.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content.
- Monitor brand engagement and online reputation.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Build partnerships with travel, adventure, sports, and lifestyle communities.
- Execute collaboration campaigns to increase reach and sales.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
- Gather consumer insights to improve products and campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for growth.
Performance & Analytics
- Track KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, sales, operations, and customer support teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, eyewear, sports, or outdoor brands is preferred.
