Experience: 3Years – 7 Years in a Star Hotel
Location: Olive Down Town, Kadavanthra (Ernakulam)
Qualification:
· Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Aviation preferred
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
· Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
· Basic knowledge of hotel front office operations
· Good computer skills (PMS knowledge preferred)
· Professional grooming and positive attitude
· Ability to work in rotational shifts
· Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
· Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room allocations.
· Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
· Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
· Handle guest complaints courteously and resolve issues efficiently.
· Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
· Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
