Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order punching, maintaining MIS reports, customer calling, sales coordination, and handling day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities :- Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily operations and order processing.
- Ensure timely order punching and order tracking.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update sales data, customer records, and order details in Excel/ERP.
- Generate reports for management as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Customer Calling
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain healthy customer relationships through regular communication.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with the concerned department.
Office Operations
- Maintain documentation and office records.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform multitasking responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, Customer Support, or Back Office Operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
