Job Summary
Naitik Hospital & Surgical Centre is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Public Relations Officer (PRO) to strengthen patient relationships, coordinate with referring doctors, assist with government health schemes, and maintain the hospital's positive public image. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle patients and their families with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and attendants from admission to discharge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth patient care and timely services.
Guide patients regarding hospital facilities, treatment packages, and government health schemes such as Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY).
Address patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain effective communication between patients, doctors, and hospital administration.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
Promote the hospital's services to increase patient footfall and referrals.
Coordinate with marketing and digital media teams for promotional activities.
Prepare daily reports on patient feedback, referrals, and PRO activities.
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or Public Relations preferred).
1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, patient relations, healthcare sales, or public relations.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

नैतिक हॉस्पिटल एंड सर्जिकल सेंटर एक ऊर्जावान, जिम्मेदार एवं मरीज-केंद्रित जनसंपर्क अधिकारी (PRO) की तलाश में है, जो मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों के साथ बेहतर संबंध स्थापित कर सके, रेफर करने वाले डॉक्टरों एवं स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखे, सरकारी स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं (विशेषकर आयुष्मान भारत (PM-JAY)) से संबंधित मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करे तथा अस्पताल की सकारात्मक छवि को मजबूत बनाए।
उम्मीदवार में उत्कृष्ट संवाद कौशल, पेशेवर व्यवहार एवं मरीजों की समस्याओं को सहानुभूतिपूर्वक समझने और समाधान करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)
- मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों का स्वागत करना तथा भर्ती से लेकर डिस्चार्ज तक आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करना।
- रेफर करने वाले डॉक्टरों, क्लीनिकों एवं अन्य स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों के साथ मजबूत और सकारात्मक संबंध स्थापित एवं बनाए रखना।
- विभिन्न विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर मरीजों को समय पर एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएँ सुनिश्चित करना।
- मरीजों को अस्पताल की सुविधाओं, उपचार पैकेजों एवं सरकारी स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं जैसे आयुष्मान भारत (PM-JAY) की जानकारी एवं मार्गदर्शन देना।
- मरीजों की शिकायतों एवं समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं पेशेवर ढंग से समाधान करना।
- मरीजों, चिकित्सकों एवं अस्पताल प्रशासन के बीच प्रभावी संवाद बनाए रखना।
- स्वास्थ्य शिविर, जन-जागरूकता कार्यक्रम एवं सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य गतिविधियों का आयोजन एवं समन्वय करना।
- अस्पताल की सेवाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार कर नए मरीजों एवं रेफरल की संख्या बढ़ाने में सहयोग करना।
- मार्केटिंग एवं डिजिटल मीडिया टीम के साथ मिलकर प्रचार-प्रसार गतिविधियों का संचालन करना।
- मरीजों की प्रतिक्रिया (Feedback), रेफरल एवं दैनिक PRO गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- मरीजों की संतुष्टि एवं सेवा गुणवत्ता के उच्च मानकों को बनाए रखना।
शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Qualifications)
- किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (Bachelor's Degree)।
- मार्केटिंग, हॉस्पिटल एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन या पब्लिक रिलेशंस में MBA/PG Diploma को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- अस्पताल मार्केटिंग, पेशेंट रिलेशन, हेल्थकेयर सेल्स या पब्लिक रिलेशंस में 1–3 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- उत्कृष्ट संवाद कौशल वाले फ्रेशर उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
