- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage on-ground sales executives. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and daily targets for the team.
- Field Execution: Participate in and oversee actual field operations, including client visits, cold-calling, and product demonstrations in your assigned area.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities. Analyze sales data and create reports on team performance for senior management.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Conduct morning briefings, role-playing sessions, and ride-alongs to improve individual conversion rates and sales techniques.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with key clients, resolve escalated complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
