Job Description
Trigon Digipack Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage day-to-day employee operations, attendance, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum data accuracy, strict turnaround timelines, and seamless system-driven HR execution.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Payroll and Attendance Administration
- System Processing: Track, validate, and process monthly payroll and Overtime (OT) using Spine HRMS (or similar software), executing a 3-level validation process to ensure 99.5% or higher error-free salary execution.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance and leave balance records with an accuracy goal of 99% or higher, ensuring zero policy deviations.
- Deductions and Off-Cycle Data: Maintain accurate files for employee loan/advance requests and ensure correct deduction amounts are recovered during the regular payroll cycle.
2. Employee Lifecycle and Database Management
- Onboarding Delivery: Complete documentation swiftly for new hires—issuing Appointment Letters within 3 days and Employee ID cards within 30 days of joining.
- Database Integrity: Maintain an overall database accuracy of 99% or higher. Ensure all lifecycle changes (new joiners, exits, promotions, transfers) are logged within 2 working days.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the first line of contact for employee grievances, resolving payroll, attendance, or documentation queries within a strict 48-hour window.
3. Statutory Compliance and Vendor Coordination
- Compliance Onboarding: Ensure 100% compliance on mandatory employee requirements, executing UAN activations and PF transfers within 2 days of joining.
- Data Timelines: Collate and submit accurate monthly addition/deletion details for PF, ESIC, and corporate Mediclaim to our designated consultants/vendors within 1 week of employee movement.
- Mediclaim Operations: Handle coordinate checks for employee health insurance cards and process reimbursement claims timely.
4. HR Support and Audits
- HRMS Adoption: Assist in driving a 100% employee rollout and deeper system adoption of the Spine software across the organization.
- Audit Readiness: Organize and maintain all employee master files to ensure they remain 100% compliant with standard corporate and social audits, such as FSC / SEDEX requirements.
- Annual Support: Support senior management in compiling error-free calculation sheets for annual bonuses and yearly increments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus) (Not necessary in HR).
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR Operations, Leave/Attendance, and Payroll processing.
- Tech-Savvy: Functional, hands-on experience using Spine HRMS or equivalent HR automation software is a strict requirement.
- Excel Competency: Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic logical formulas) for running quick data sanity audits.
- Orientation: High level of confidentiality, strong mathematical/analytical focus, and ability to meet strict monthly cut-off timelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
