- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, and other meals as per the approved menu and schedule.
- Ensure food is prepared with good quality, taste, hygiene, and appropriate portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and dining area at all times.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company health & safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and inform the Administration/HR department of stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and kitchen materials.
- Cooperate with the Administration team to ensure smooth canteen operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management related to canteen operations and general administration support.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
