We are looking for a Channel Journalist Intern to join our newsroom team. The ideal candidate will have strong journalistic instincts, excellent on-camera presence, and the ability to deliver news stories with clarity, credibility, and impact. This role combines reporting, anchoring, and editorial collaboration to ensure our channel delivers trusted and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Present live and recorded news bulletins with professionalism and authority.
- Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and public figures.
- Collaborate with producers and reporters to shape editorial direction.
- Research, write, and edit scripts for news segments.
- Uphold journalistic integrity and adhere to ethical reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and during live broadcasts.
- Deep knowledge of current affairs, politics, business, and social issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
