SuperLabs is in search of a Senior IT Manager who will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, resource augmentation, and ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in managing IT resources and a proven track record in driving efficiency and innovation.
IT Resource Augmentation: Develop and execute strategies for IT resource augmentation, ensuring the availability of skilled professionals to meet project and operational needs. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify, recruit, and onboard IT talent.
IT Operations Management: Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of technology infrastructure and systems. Oversee the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights into emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to long-term planning and innovation.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements while maintaining high-quality IT services.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors, ensuring service levels are met. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to the professional development of team members.
