Job Summary
Testalogix Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Embedded Trainer, The ideal candidate will deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Embedded C, RTOS, IoT, and emerging AI-powered embedded technologies. The role involves preparing students and professionals for successful careers in the embedded, electronics, automotive, and IoT industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training modules on Embedded C, Microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC, STM32), RTOS, IoT, and embedded application development.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions, projects, and real-time application-based training.
- Guide learners in hardware interfacing, sensor integration, communication protocols, and embedded system design.
- Introduce learners to AI-enabled embedded applications, Edge AI, TinyML, and intelligent IoT solutions where applicable.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Handle weekday and weekend onsite batches as required.
- Support placement activities by conducting technical evaluations and interview preparation sessions.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software lab setups and ensure smooth training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Embedded Systems development or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C, Microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware interfacing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
