Explain products/services clearly
Handle customer queries and follow-ups
Maintain call records and customer data
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Telugu /Tamil/ malyalam)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telecalling experience is a plus
