What You Will Be Doing
- Partner Network Development:
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner management strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of partners, providing regular reports on sales, pipeline status, and market conditions.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure the success of channel programs.
- Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events, such as seminars, webinars, and training sessions, to engage and support partners.
- Sales Targets and Business Development:
- Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel network.
- Execute business development activities, including handling leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads.
- Ecosystem Development:
- Develop and maintain a healthy and sustainable partner ecosystem.
- Create a positive impact on the ecosystem, focusing on the target audience, such as learners and working professionals.
- Team Leadership:
