Business Development Executive – International Sales & Lead Generation
Experience
- 0–1 Year
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads for software development and AI services.
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr Business, LinkedIn, Clutch, and GoodFirms.
- Prepare customized business proposals based on client requirements.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with global prospects.
- Plan and manage email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Research target companies and identify decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign execution.
- Create digital creatives, advertisements, and landing pages.
- Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project estimates.
Preferred Knowledge
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist
- HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Professional email writing skills
- Strong internet research abilities
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
