ROLE:
Intrlume.tech is a Voice AI startup based in Noida, founded by a former Twilio Product Manager and a former Walmart Software Engineer, with a mission to transform how businesses connect with customers at scale through AI-powered voice experiences.
We’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead to build and own the engine that drives our growth. This is not a traditional marketing or sales role — you will shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up, define our brand voice, drive customer acquisition, and play a key role in how the market experiences our product.
As one of the earliest team members, you’ll be the face, voice, and creative force behind a platform that is redefining how businesses communicate with their customers.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Outbound & Sales: Drive outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate high-value leads
- Creative Content & Brand Presence: You’ll be responsible for building the company’s "voice" by designing social media assets in Figma/Canva and documenting the startup's journey through "Building in Public" on platforms like X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Performance Marketing & Community: You will execute and monitor high-intent ad campaigns on Meta, Insta, and LinkedIn while simultaneously acting as a community manager by engaging where your target audience hangs out.
- Founders Office Operations: As a "partner in crime," you’ll handle high-priority, ad-hoc tasks that arise in a 0-to-1 environment—from preparing pitch decks for investors to representing the brand at local networking events in Noida.
Who You Are:
- A Master Communicator: You can write a cold email that people actually want to read and speak with confidence on a demo call.
- Design-First Mindset: You have a "good eye." You might not be a pro-illustrator, but you know what good creative of UX looks like.
- AI Enthusiast: You use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude; you use n8n to automate workflows.
- Public Presence: You aren't afraid of the camera or a stage. You enjoy building a brand in public.
- Ads & Community Management: Drive social media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Active presence on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. They should know how to drop a helpful comment.
