Job Description for a Group Systems Trainer
Position Statement
The Group Systems Trainer is a technical specialist who works closely with all levels of employees and ensure that the designated businesses are fully supported in addressing the employees’ training needs. The Group Systems Trainer is part of the IT team and will report to the Group Systems Training Manager.
The Group Systems Trainer must demonstrate a strong business acumen. This position will combine a strong training foundation with significant organizational development experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Administration
- Learn, test, and keep updated on company systems including but not limited to business related applications and databases, e.g.: Interact, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, CrownCare, Oracle, SuccessFactors and other internally developed applications.
- Provide support in terms of learning, creating training materials and delivering training during implementation of new systems in the future.
- Utilize the LMS to set up and record training attendance and collect feedback.
- Complete other duties as instructed by the Manager.
Training Delivery
- Deliver training programs accordingly to enforce systems compliance
- Advise users on effective system usage
- Collaborate with L&D colleagues, IT and SMEs
- Provide support to all users
- Obtain feedback from the trainees
Content Management
- Create contents to develop eLearning courses
- Write the scripts to be used in developing eLearning videos
- Create and maintain Wiki sites as per the requirement
Continuous Improvement
- Become a subject matter expert in company’s systems and procedures
- Keep updated on learning technology and adult learning best practices
- Review the training documents and user guides on a regular basis and ensure it is kept updated
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests before the launch of new systems or an update to the existing systems
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Support the company’s CSR commitment and goals
- Take initiatives to promote CSR

Aptitude
- Superior verbal, written and group communication skills

- Ability to walk a classroom or an individual employee through complex concepts
- Ability to deliver interactive training sessions online and face to face

- Sought out by colleagues as subject matter expert in specific systems and procedures
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Must have experience in the relocation industry
- Preferably with knowledge in business related applications and databases e.g.: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- Preferably with exposure in handling systems training functions
- Experience in writing blended curriculum is a plus
- Exposure to AI tools and agents
Qualifications
- Experience of working on the Relocations and Mobility industry would be preferred.
- Degree holder in Training & Development or related disciplines preferred
- Relevant working experience in systems training preferred
Travel Requirements
Candidate should be willing to travel to Crown’s local offices if there is a need to arrange a classroom training.
