- Proactively identify client needs and provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions, including investment products, lending, wealth management services, and insurance.
- Conduct regular, in-depth reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and evolving market conditions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach to expand the client base and increase assets under management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal specialists (e.g., product specialists, credit analysts, legal counsel) to deliver integrated solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and financial advice adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present regular, detailed reports on client portfolio performance, market trends, economic developments, and account activities.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior management or relevant departments when necessary.
- Stay continuously informed about market trends, economic developments, competitor activities, and new financial products to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Participate actively in client events, industry conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic client engagement plans to deepen relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
