This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about pharmaceutical sales, communication, business development, and client relationship management.
Job Role:
- Telecalling-based Pharma Sales
- PCD Pharma Franchise Development
- Distribution & Client Coordination
- Business Development and Lead Conversion
- Client Follow-ups and Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling and sales activities in the PCD Pharma segment
- Generate new business opportunities and franchise inquiries
- Communicate professionally with clients, distributors, and business associates
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
- Maintain basic sales records and reporting
Skills Required:
✅ Good communication skills in English & Hindi
✅ Strong negotiation and convincing skills
✅ Confidence in telecalling and client interaction
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Positive attitude and professional approach
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with Pharma educational background can apply
- Experienced candidates from Pharma Sales / PCD Sales preferred
- Male & Female candidates both can apply
