Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, field visits, and references
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct meetings and present company services/products
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM data and sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle client objections
- Confidence in cold calling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience in Advertising / Media / IT / Tender / Sales domain (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
