Role:
Design, Development & Evaluation of Tyre and Wheels (Aluminum/Steel), Wheel Covers & Cap, Wheel Center
Responsibility:
Will be part of team responsible for designing & development of Tyre and Wheels, Wheel Covers, Center cap.
Would work on basic part related specification requirements, design calculation, Layout of parts, tuning, New Regulations & local development & quality improvements of these parts.
Should have adequate knowledge of CAD system UG NX.
Competency Requirement:
Technical/Functional:
Experience in designing of Tyre, Wheel (Aluminum / Steel) & knowledge of layout check, load calculations. Should have basic knowledge of Homologation requirements for Tyre, Wheel and allied parts etc.
Need to have experience on design of construction matrix to achieve Vehicle performance, RRC improvement techniques and Tyre tuning.
Perform relevant tolerance stack up analysis. Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Suspension systems (India & EU) – like Tyres, TPMS systems etc.
Educational Requirement:
BE/B Tech. Automobile / Mechanical Engg.
