Job Discription :-
- Meet property owners and customers to facilitate property sales, rentals, and leases.
- Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker services.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
- Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Onboard property owners and encourage premium service subscriptions where applicable.
- Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and explain NoBroker services.
- Upload property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
- Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
