We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and highly experienced Wholesale Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in bulk sales, excellent customer handling skills, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment during our standard 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.Key Responsibilities
- Bulk Sales: Attend to walk-in retailers, shopkeepers, and bulk buyers to secure high-volume orders.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with regular business clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Order Management: Handle the complete process from order taking and stock verification to final billing.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels on the floor and coordinate with the warehouse to restock shelves.
- Payment Collection: Ensure smooth cash/digital transactions and follow up on outstanding credits with clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of mandatory experience working in a wholesale market or bulk retail store.
- Shift Timing: Must be strictly available to work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, quick math skills for calculating bulk discounts, and a polite demeanor.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, or East Delhi for a seamless daily commute.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English is a plus.
