Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation of architectural approaches to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, AWS Lambda Administration, Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud services to improve performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline deployment and management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
