We are looking for dynamic agency professionals who can lead client relationships,
drive campaign execution, and manage integrated marketing projects seamlessly.
Role Objective:
Lead client servicing, campaign curation, and cross-functional coordination while
acting as the key bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth
execution, strategic alignment, timely deliveries, and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities
A. Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive
communication and servicing
Understand client expectations, business goals, and campaign objectives
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
B. Campaign Curation & Management:
Curate and manage integrated marketing campaigns across:
o Digital
o Social Media
o Performance Marketing
o ATL
o BTL & Activations
o Branding & Production
o Influencer & Content Campaigns
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal briefs
- Proactively contribute strategic and campaign ideas
C. Project & Delivery Management:
- Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns
- Coordinate with:
o Creative Teams
o Strategy Teams
o Digital Teams
o Production & Operations Teams
o Vendors & Partners
- Monitor workflow, timelines, approvals, and quality control
D. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Handle escalations and delivery challenges professionally
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution capabilities
E. Reporting & Account Growth:
- Lead review meetings, status calls, and campaign discussions
- Present reports, timelines, plans, and updates to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansio
- Support long-term account retention and relationship growth
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4–7 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within an
Advertising or Integrated Marketing Agency
- Strong understanding of both digital and offline campaign ecosystems
- Experience handling multiple clients and integrated campaigns simultaneously
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities
- Agency background is mandatory
