- Overseeing general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and physical assets. This involves coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Procuring and supervising third-party service providers (security, cleaning, HVAC, etc.) and managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Ensuring all facilities meet statutory health, safety, and fire codes. Tracking and renewing operational licenses and permits.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and decision-makers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
