Compensation Structure (Startup Performance Model)
OR
- Small stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000
Incentive Slabs:
- 5 Admissions = ₹5,000 Bonus
- 10 Admissions = ₹12,000 Bonus
- 20 Admissions = ₹30,000+ Bonus
Earnings are directly linked to performance and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on assigned leads
- Explain course details and career benefits
- Handle objections and close admissions
- Maintain daily reporting and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Strict Performance Policy
Sales at Classic Learn is result-based, not attendance-based.
- 7-day probation review
- If no admission in 15 days → Official warning
- If no admission in 30 days → Replacement
Only confident and serious sales professionals should apply.
