Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / Month + Incentives
We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle leads end-to-end — from calling to closing deals.
What you will do:
Lead Handling: Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and explain our land projects effectively.
Site Visit Management: Schedule and personally accompany clients for site visits.
Sales Conversion: Build trust, negotiate, and close bookings.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Reporting: Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in MS Excel.
What we are looking for:
Graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality.
Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus (not mandatory).
