Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and inquiries.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Language Proficiency:
- English - FLUENT
- Hindi - MODERATE
- Malayalam - FLUENT
Pay: ₹12,041.04 - ₹18,408.80 per month
