ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer/Drafter to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Architects to translate design concepts into precise, production-ready drawings across a wide range of project types — from residential homes to large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects as directed by the Senior Architect.
- Develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detail drawings to project standards.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawings reflect current design intent and client requirements.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Organize and maintain drawing files, records, and project documentation in an orderly manner.
- Adhere to applicable building codes, standards, and company drafting conventions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve drawing efficiency and quality.
- Meet project deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
- Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and best practices to improve output quality.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered).
- Hands-on experience producing drawings for at least one project type: residential, commercial, or industrial.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is essential; 3D modeling is a plus).
- Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or other BIM/3D tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions, symbols, and notations.
- Working knowledge of construction documents, project phasing, and drawing sets.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
