Job Summary
Sathya Fashions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead showroom operations, drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure overall business profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong retail leadership experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
- Lead and manage showroom managers and sales teams.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Ensure visual merchandising and customer service standards are maintained.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage budgets, operational expenses, and business reports.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching and team development.
Experience:5+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
