Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage across the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and support the regional sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve business-related issues.
- Ensure timely collections and effective territory management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) is preferred.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of experience in the beverage industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in managing distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Good knowledge of General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and distribution management.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
