Position Overview
Wordcraft Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our backend operations team. This role involves assisting UAE-based customers by handling inquiries, providing service-related guidance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.
Depending on business requirements, the selected candidate may also contribute to operational activities across different divisions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through telephone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls while delivering timely and accurate assistance.
- Explain company services, required documentation, and operational procedures clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, follow-up activities, and service updates using CRM software or internal systems.
- Work closely with translation, administration, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups regarding service status, pending requirements, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company communication standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, internal processes, and service efficiency.
- Perform additional backend support responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, client relations, or call center operations is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Malayalam, or Hindi will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Professional telephone etiquette and confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email correspondence, and CRM platforms.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
