Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, inventory control, material receipts, storage, issuance, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. The role ensures efficient material management to support uninterrupted production and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/System.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Control non-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Store Operations
- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage practices.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory management methods where applicable.
- Ensure systematic arrangement of materials for easy retrieval.
Stock Control & Compliance
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy between physical and system stock.
- Maintain store ledgers and inventory reports.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Team Management
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Train team members on inventory processes and safety practices.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Submit stock valuation and inventory status reports to management.
- Track and report inventory losses, damages, and scrap materials.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure proper housekeeping within the store area.
- Follow safety guidelines for material handling and storage.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
