Job Summary
We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and alert Watchman / Security Guard to monitor and safeguard the company premises, materials, and assets. The candidate should be capable of maintaining records, checking material movement, and handling basic documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the company premises during assigned shifts.
- Maintain visitor, employee, and vehicle entry/exit records.
- Verify and record inward and outward movement of materials.
- Check delivery challans, bills, and material documents during receipt and dispatch.
- Ensure proper gate control and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct regular security rounds within the premises.
- Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security concerns to management.
- Coordinate with stores and production departments for material movement verification.
- Maintain daily security and gate register records accurately.
- Ensure company property, machinery, and materials are protected at all times.
Requirements
- Reading and writing skills are mandatory.
- Ability to maintain registers and verify bills/documents.
- Basic knowledge of inward and outward material checking.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
- Physically fit and willing to work 12-hour shifts.
- Previous experience as a Watchman or Security Guard is preferred.
