- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, billing, and reconciliation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Handle daily administrative operations, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Prepare reports related to sales, attendance, expenses, stock, and store performance.
- Manage office supplies, store consumables, and administrative budgets.
