Teaching & Classroom Management: Plan and deliver our curriculum using play-way, activity-based, and IKS-inspired methods .Introduce children to Sanskrit shlokas, Indian festivals, yoga, and traditional rhymes in a joyful way .Use TLM – Teaching Learning Material inspired by Indian crafts, nature, and daily life .Maintain a warm, inclusive, and organized classroom.
Child Development: Track and support gross motor, fine motor, language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth. Identify children needing extra support and coordinate with parents/HM. Encourage respect for Indian culture, nature, and elders through daily routines.
Parent & School Collaboration: Regular parent communication on child progress, with focus on values + learning. Participate in IKS activities: Bal Divas, festival celebrations, shloka recitation, storytelling sessions. Attend training on IKS pedagogy and ECCE as provided by the school.
