We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining services/courses, handling inquiries, and maintaining good communication with clients. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Explain company services and courses professionally
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking
- Ability to handle customer conversations politely
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
