Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Monitor HR budgets and control recruitment costs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly workforce analytics.
- Support management in organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
