Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage complete books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Maintain general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts
2. Banking & Treasury Management
- Handle day-to-day banking operations including payments, receipts, and fund transfers
- Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity
- Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
3. Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements
- Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
4. Vendor Management & Payments
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure adherence to payment terms
5. Statutory Compliance & Filings
- Manage GST compliance including return filings, reconciliations, and audits
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory regulations
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
6. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter preferred)
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Pay: ₹18,196.78 - ₹50,000.00 per month
