About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you have a passion for travel and enjoy helping customers plan memorable holidays, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with hotels and vendors for bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred Destinations
Experience in selling any of the following destinations is an advantage:
- Goa
- Kerala
- Himachal Pradesh
- Kashmir
- Rajasthan
- Andaman
- North East India
- Other Domestic Destinations
Requirements
- Fresher with graduation complete in any field
- or 1–3 years of experience in domestic travel sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
