- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.

3. Customer Service
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for all customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Ensure proper stock display and replenishment.
- Prevent stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ambiance.
- Implement company guidelines for product presentation.
6. Operations & Administration
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain reports on sales, attendance, and stock.
