Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HVAC BIM Modeller with 3 to 8 years of experience in HVAC BIM modelling for commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data center, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed HVAC BIM models, preparing shop drawings, resolving clashes, and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery using BIM standards and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP as per project requirements.
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, coordinated layouts, sections, and fabrication drawings.
- Create ducting, piping, equipment, and plant room models with proper LOD standards.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Architectural, and Structural teams.
- Generate BOQ/BOM and support quantity extraction from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and international codes.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve site-related RFIs.
- Maintain BIM documentation, model updates, and revisions throughout project stages.
- Support BIM lead/managers in model reviews and quality checks.
- Ensure timely delivery of coordinated and clash-free models.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
- Expertise in:
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- BIM 360
- Knowledge of duct routing, chilled water piping, and HVAC equipment modelling.
- Experience in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Understanding of LOD 200 to LOD 500 modelling standards.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, and international BIM standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, Industrial, Commercial, or High-rise projects.
- Exposure to US, Euro, or Indian standards.
- Knowledge of fabrication modelling and BIM execution plans.
- Site coordination experience will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- BIM/Revit certification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
